Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days.

Shipments and deliveries occur on weekends and holidays, unless the post office is closed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will let you know about any expected changes to your order by email or phone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email, if provided, when your package ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Soul Crafted Soap is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

Damages

Soul Crafted Soap is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Products ship domestically and internationally. 

Returns Policy

All sales are final, no returns, except for spoiled/damaged goods. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return. Return processing time may vary based on payment method used, customers can expect to see a full refund within 2-4 weeks.
